In-House Fabrication Equipment

Having the right equipment in our own shop allows us to control the fabrication process from start to finish. Our specialized machinery gives our experienced fabricators the ability to cut, bend, route and join materials efficiently while maintaining the accuracy required for architectural sheet metal work.

Automated 10 Ft Brake

Automated 10-Foot Brakes

Our shop has two automated 10-foot brakes used to precisely bend sheet metal into custom shapes. These machines allow us to produce flashings, coping cap and other formed components based on the requirements of each project.

Tensmith Shear

Our Tensmith shear makes clean, accurate cuts in sheet metal. It allows our fabricators to quickly cut material to the dimensions required before it moves on to bending, forming or other fabrication processes.

Cnc Router Table

CNC Router Table

Our CNC router table gives us the ability to accurately cut and route aluminum composite material. We work with 3mm, 4mm and 6mm ACM, preparing panels and components for custom architectural applications.

Surelok II Clinching Button Punch

Our Surelok II Clinching Button Punch mechanically joins pieces of sheet metal using cold-forming pressure rather than separate fasteners or welding. The process creates a tight, permanent clinched joint without heat or sparks, giving our shop an efficient way to join fabricated metal components in-house.

Sheet Metal Experience You Can See

Our materials don't just leave the shop—they become part of commercial and residential projects throughout the region. Our portfolio provides a closer look at the architectural sheet metal work we've been involved with and the different ways fabricated metal products can be incorporated into a finished building.

Work Directly With Our Owners

Experience matters in architectural sheet metal, but so does knowing who you’re working with.

At 4 Corner Architectural Sheet Metal, customers work directly with our owners—Stephen Martin, Mark Peare, and Brett Looney—rather than having their project handed off to subcontractors. Our team brings more than 100 years of combined industry experience to the work we do.

That experience helps us understand what contractors, project managers, and job superintendents need from a fabrication partner: clear communication, quality materials, and dependable turnaround.

From estimating through fabrication, you’ll have an experienced team you can call when you have a question or need to work through the details of an order.

Serving Commercial & Residential Contractors

Our material-only fabrication services are available to general contractors, roofers and exterior contractors working on both commercial and residential properties.

We understand that material needs don’t always follow a convenient schedule. A missing flashing, coping component or custom piece can hold up other work on the jobsite. That’s why quick turnaround is such an important part of our material services.

With typical fabrication times of 1–2 days and same-day service available in some cases, we can help contractors get the materials they need without unnecessary delays.

And our reach isn’t limited to Minnesota. When needed, we can ship fabricated materials throughout the continental United States.

Need Custom Sheet Metal Materials?

Whether you're planning ahead or need material quickly for a project already underway, talk to our team about what you need. We'll discuss your material requirements, dimensions and project needs so we can determine how we can help. And when you call, you'll reach people who know architectural sheet metal and understand the fabrication process.
